This package is the Shon Love Events version of "day of" or "month of" coordination. This service is perfect for the bride who has been planning her wedding for years but needs an experienced planner to guide her through the process & execute a flawless timeline. The key component of this service includes, but is not limited to the following
• Complimentary Consultation
• 2 planning meetings in person or virtual.
• Unlimited communication 6 weeks from Event Day via phone, text, and email.
• Etiquette Advisement
• Wedding timeline creation and management
• Walk through at selected site 2 weeks before Wedding Day
• Complete Day of Coordination including management of vendors & logistics.
• Final vendor confirmations and direction to venue
• Distribution of the final timeline, Payments/Gratuities, to all vendors
• Full rehearsal coordination and instruction, maximum 2 hours
• Transfer Brides dress, shoes & accessories to venue
• Full coordination of Wedding Ceremony & Reception
• Up to 10 Hours of Wedding Day Coverage
• Event Day Troubleshooting
